Mahmoud Alanezi is a holder of Bachelor of Science in Engineering from university of the pacific, California, USA and MBA holder from Maastricht business school with emphasis in Human Resources Management. In addition, advanced HR certifications such as, CIPM, CPP, CIPD, GRP.
With more than 20 years of extensive experience Alanezi has covered all aspect of HR Management both operational and executive levels in different sectors, Oil & Gas both corporate and Private, real-estate management and construction, Investment and healthcare. As well as a board of directors in multiple groups.
He has worked in both the public sector at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, KPC and multiple private sector industries with KIPCO group, Al-Dorra petroleum Company, National investment company, and Dar Al-Shifa Hospital.
Currently Mr. Mahmoud Alanezi is heading the potion of HR Director at Dar Alshifa Hospital. He has a track record of coaching in the areas of transformational leadership, intercultural communication, team building, and managing change, with proven success in international recruitment.
Mr. Mohamed Sami is the Managing Director of North Star Management Consultancy in Kuwait. He is a holder of different HR Certifications and Qualifications; including SPHRi, SHRM-SCP, and Assoc. CIPD. C. Mr. Sami is a Management Consultant as well as an HR Lecturer who taught many HRCI and SHRM Programs for a variety of organizations which include: Kuwait Institute of Banking Studies (KIBS), Gulf University for Science & Technology (GUST), American University of Kuwait (AUK), Transform Training & Consulting, Induction Center Consulting & Training, and Zain Telecom.
Yasser Abdel Mouty is a management professional with 18+ years of extensive experience in human resource management and business administration, along with associate areas of recruitment, training and manpower development have progressed with leading companies, handling strategic posts where he has influenced sizable growth and improvement over time. What deserves to be highlighted is his proficiency in managing overall human resource functions for 17,000 non manual and manual workforce right from internal job posting/transfer to succession planning and career development during my previous employment. He served as a member of organizational re-engineering and change management committee to handle process improvement initiatives.
Yasser possesses valuable insight, keen analysis and team approach to implement best HR practices. Dr. Al Traiji held numerous prestigious positions such as Family Medicine Consultant in the Ministry of Health – Kuwait, Equate Petrochemical Company as well as being a CEO of multiple educational & healthcare companies listed on the Kuwait Boursa, Closed-Joint Stock Company & he was the leader in two private healthcare institutions.
Dr. Al Traiji his own institution in the fields of leadership, change leadership & Strategies in 2017 and he became an independent consultant to deliver his message in leadership coaching & development and he named the institution as Dal for Consulting & Training

Haifa holding a position of CHRO – Chief Human Resources Officer in Bank Nizwa with over 25 years of total professional experience, she has previously worked in reputed organizations like PDO and Oxy Oman. She has an MBA, BSc, and other professional accounting certifications and has cross posting experience in Houston USA. Haifa has held several important positions including Secretary to the Board of Directors at HRC, and member of the Human Resources Committee at Oman Banks Association. She joined Bank Nizwa at foundation stage and helped in building HR department from scratch. Her core competencies include Human Resources, Compensations & Benefits, Staffing, and Strategic HR. Dr. Said Juma Al Darmaki is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management, UK. He possesses a PhD focused on HRM & Innovation from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and earned an MBA from Hull University, UK.
He has more than 20 years of work experience in both public and private sectors. Currently, he is occupying the role of HR & Administration Director at Arabian Industries Group Companies. His functional core competencies are in the areas of strategic human resources planning, talent development, performance management, leadership development.
He participated in various conferences and published some of the articles in reputed journals. He has been certified as a peer reviewer to ELSEVIER. He has been also conferred with the “501 Fabulous Global HR leaders of the World” in 2020 and “Global HR Champions” in 2021 by the World HRD Congress at Mumbai.
Dr. Al Darmaki is a visiting lecturer at some of the higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman at Business & Accounting Department. He has been invited globally and locally as a speaker for many HR events.
Laila is currently Smart Cities Development Manager in NEC in Oman with experience more than 15 years in leading National projects in Digital Transformation and Government Innovation. She is one of the leading experts in Smart Cities in Middle East and she is a Smart Cities associate in RMA advisory.
She has worked with different UN’s organizations and worked as a Research fellowship in UNU eGov. She is also the founder of Smart Cities Ambassadors program.
She is a global winning award and considered as one of the inspiring and influencing women leaders in Middle East and recently awarded as top 50 inspiring Women in Oman and within the most 20 inspiring personalities in Oman 2021.

Abdullah is a legal consultant and advocate he has over 10 years of legal experience within this period He held notable and complex cases in several fields including commercial and labor law. He established Abdullah AlMoshqri law firm in 2016 within this short time he earned the trust of his clients and built a remarkable name in the law sector.
Abdullah is a distinguished advocate qualified to plead at Primary and Appeal Courts where he has extensive experience in various areas of law.
He is an expert in litigation and alternative dispute resolution where because of his significant experience in commercial law he handled arbitration cases as an arbitrator, Secretary to an Arbitration Tribunal and legal representative.
