REMOTE WORKX EXCELLENCE AWARDS
To be presented during the 2nd day of " REMOTE WORKX SAUDI ARABIA"

Celebrates leading employers and HR practitioners and Security professionals for their outstanding Achievements during the remote working era with a consistent commitment towards achieving organization's goal. It gives all organizations that have a registered office or a legal entity in KSA, an opportunity to showcase their initiatives and be recognized and acclaimed for excellence in the area of human capital management and secure remote working operations.

There are 7 categories – 1 individual level and 6 organization level – so kindly ensure you choose and file your nomination under the right category. The winners and 2 finalists per category will be announced and presented with the awards during the official ceremony scheduled for November 25th, 2021.

From delivering a winning culture to introducing fresh recruitment strategies, they are stewards and strategists who are responsible for a company’s talent and performance blueprint—all of which drives the business forward. To honor the contributions of these incredible leaders, Remote Workx Saudi Arabia Today is proud to present the annual CHRO of the Year Award.

Honors chief information officers who have demonstrated excellence in technology leadership. CIOs are typically recognized in multiple categories, based on the size and scope of their organization and responsibilities. It recognizes outstanding CIO's for their achievements in technology innovation. The award is an acknowledged mark of enterprise excellence. This year's honorees exemplify what it means to deliver business value through the innovative use of technology.
This award honors Chief information security officers (CISOs) with outstanding achievements overseeing strategic, operational, and budgetary aspects of data management and protection in their organizations.
Corporate organizations consist of multiple, overlapping, and intersecting social networks. As these informal networks widen and deepen, they mobilize talent and knowledge across the enterprise, facilitating and informing cultural cohesiveness while helping to support cross-silo collaboration and knowledge sharing. This award honors the outstanding achievements and helped in Mobilizing their talents and teams to a hybrid virtual work model.
This award celebrated the outstanding performance of professionals who helped maintain an excellent delivery of recruitment, performance management, corporate learning and compensation management in a remote world.
This award honors professionals who have aligned employee goals and performance with that of the organization's. It celebrates outstanding achievements of professionals responsible for learning & development within an organization and identify skill gaps among employees and teams then develop and deliver training to bridge those gaps.

Submission guidelines:

  • Only one nomination permitted per category.
  • To apply for more than one category, you must submit a separate nomination.
  • Language of submission is English.
  • Documents submitted should be in the following formats: .PDF, .DOC, .PPT
  • Applications sent through postal mail or fax will not be accepted.
  • All supporting documents exceeding 4mb in size must be shared via WeTransfer (www.wetransfer.com).
  • Nominations will not be accepted after the deadline: November 11th 2021.
  • Awards ceremony takes place on Sunday, November, 25th 2021.

Evaluation method:

  • All nominations are treated confidentially.
  • All entries will be reviewed by a panel of independent judges on ‘blind judging’ basis.
  • All completed nomination packs are given to the judging panel on November 12th 2021.
  • Only initiatives, policies and programs implemented in the last 12 months will be taken into consideration.
  • The judging panel reserves the right to discard any unnecessary information enclosed.
  • The judges have the right to change the winner of each category with a majority vote, if required.
  • If two entries running for first place have reached the same total amount of points in a category, the judging panel will declare a winner.
